About

Play for the moment a hall joins in

TradeShowPlay makes interactive play for trade shows, exhibitions, and expos. Games, challenges, draws, and live moments run on phones. A big screen or LED wall is one way to share them, not the definition of the product.

A booth often fails in a familiar way. A silent video loops, people walk past, and every conversation starts from zero. TradeShowPlay gives the visit a live role: a game, a hunt, a draw, a quiz, a photo prompt, or a trail of stations people can join from a phone.

We design for a real show. Staffing is thin. Time with any one person is short. The play has to work on a phone in the hand, and it has to stay readable if you also put it on a screen a few meters away. The person running it may also be the person holding the brochure.

The boundary stays narrow on purpose. TradeShowPlay is not a registration system, a ticketing platform, a CRM, or a general event app. It is interactive play people can join in the moment. Big-screen games are one format inside that, not the whole brand.

What we optimize for

Join without an install

A QR code and a mobile browser. If the path takes longer than that, the aisle has already moved on.

Controls a booth team will use

Start, hold, advance, reset. The console is for someone who is also talking to a visitor.

Works on a phone and, if you want, on a large screen

The round has to make sense in the hand. If you also put it on a display, the lines stay short and the result stays legible from a few meters away.

Who it is for

Exhibitors

Teams who want the stand to participate, not only to display a loop.

Organizers

People programming halls, feature areas, and stages.

AV agencies

Studios and crews who deliver phone play, stations, and show screens, and need something they can rehearse.

What stays with you

  • Registration, ticketing, and your CRM stay in the systems you already use.
  • Prizes, staffing, and venue internet are yours to arrange.
  • A public draw is your promotion. You follow the rules of the show and the region. TradeShowPlay is not a lottery license or a legal opinion.

See it against your next floor plan

Share the show, where people will play, and the size of the crew. We will tell you whether a format fits before you commit.
